Chicken Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Chicken ginger rice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Washed white rice (420gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chicken stock (480gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shallot, finely chopped (8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic, finely chopped (4 cloves)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Young ginger, finely chopped (50gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pandan leaves (2 stalks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter (50gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesame oil (as needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wash the white rice properly and set aside. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saute the shallot, garlic, young ginger ingredients until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the white rice in along with the pandan leaves, stir evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook the rice in ricecooker around 20-25 mins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After it&#8217;s finished, add in sesame oil and stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ginger rice is ready to serve!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poached chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chicken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro (a few whole stalks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spring onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ginger (just chop into large pieces)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooking wine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare a pot of boiling water with the cilantro, spring onion, ginger and cooking wine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the water is boiling, add in the chicken and bring to the boil again. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the heat once it returns to boil, and put the lid on, and leave for 45 mins (depends on size of chicken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the chicken is done (can test with a chopstick), soak in ice water to cool down the chicken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strain out the chicken and glaze a thin layer of sesame oil over the skin before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chilli Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Red chili (75gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic, peeled (38gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Young ginger (38gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>White vinegar (75gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar (38gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ketchup (63gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chili sauce (43gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt (1\/2 tsp)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesame oil (1 tbsp)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the red chili, garlic, and young ginger into small size<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put in a small blender along with all the other ingredients (except sesame oil), mix all the ingredients together and blend into paste form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in the sesame oil, then it&#8217;s ready to serve!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soy sauce (150gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar (95gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maggi seasoning (1\/2 tbsp)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fish sauce or dashi powder (12gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water (200gm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro and spring onion (as needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add in the soy sauce, sugar, Maggi seasoning, fish sauce and water in a small pot and bring ig to boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simmer for 5-10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnish with cilantro and spring onion if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomato, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cucumber,
