{"id":476,"date":"2022-03-03T01:32:38","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T05:32:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/?p=476"},"modified":"2022-03-03T01:32:38","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T05:32:38","slug":"ground-bulgogi-tacos-low-carb-keto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/03\/ground-bulgogi-tacos-low-carb-keto\/","title":{"rendered":"Ground Bulgogi Tacos (Low-carb, Keto)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Simple and delicious with the sauce, a great mid-week meal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingedients<\/strong><br \/>\n1lb Ground Turkey or Beef<br \/>\n1\/4 onion, diced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinade<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2T Liquid aminos<\/li>\n<li>2T Coconut Aminos<\/li>\n<li>1T water<\/li>\n<li>1T Monk Fruit sweetener<\/li>\n<li>1Tb Minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1T Sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/4t Black pepper<\/li>\n<li>2T Green onion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gochujang sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3T Sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1T Keto gochujang (see Bulgogi recipe)<\/li>\n<li>1T Kimchi liquid (optional but recommended)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all marinade ingredients together<\/li>\n<li>Mix beef, onion and marinade until well incorporated<\/li>\n<li>Let it sit for 30min to 1 hour<\/li>\n<li>Cook on pan with a little bit of oil. Cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and there is little to no liquid left<\/li>\n<li>Make the gochujang sauce. You can omit the kimchi liquid if you do not have it but it gives the sauce an extra boost of flavor.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble the taco any way you like.
