Place chicken in skillet smooth side down.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Press down lightly with with spatula. Cook for 4 minutes until golden.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Turn and press lightly with spatula. Cook for 2 minutes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Remove chicken onto a plate.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Turn heat down to medium high. Add butter, melt. Then add onions, cook for 1 minute, then add mushrooms.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cook mushrooms until golden. Scrape bottom of fry pan to get all the golden bits off (this is flavour!).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add half the broth while stirring. Once incorporated, add remaining broth.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Stir, then add sour cream and mustard. Stir until incorporated (don&#8217;t worry if it looks split, sour cream will &#8220;melt&#8221; as it heats).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Bring to simmer ,then reduce heat to medium low. Once it thickens to the consistency of pouring cream (3 minutes), adjust salt and pepper to taste.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32811-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add chicken back in (including plate juices).
