{"id":274,"date":"2017-05-28T21:49:03","date_gmt":"2017-05-29T01:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/?p=274"},"modified":"2017-05-28T21:49:59","modified_gmt":"2017-05-29T01:49:59","slug":"274","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/index.php\/2017\/05\/28\/274\/","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Chinese Green Beans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Simple and quick to make!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound green beans, trimmed<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons chili garlic paste<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon garlic thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To a wok add the canola oil and heat on medium-high heat. Add the green beans and stir fry them for 3-5 minutes or until they start to shrivel up a bit.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the garlic, chili-garlic paste and stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the garlic mixture for 30 seconds to a minute then add in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, water and chili flakes.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until most of the liquids are completely cooked off.
