Prep\/chop\u00a0all ingredients, then it takes literally about 10 mins to cook.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"easyrecipe\" class=\"easyrecipe\">\n<div class=\"ERSIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERSIngredientsHeader ERSHeading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Fish balls, fish tofu, any type of seafood you want<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100g shrimps (medium), shelled and deveined<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50g sugar snaps peas, ends trimmed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30g carrot, cut into thin slices<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100g fresh shiitake mushroom (or 10 pieces dried shiitake mushroom, soaked to soften)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 pieces baby corn, cut into half vertically, about 3 cm lengths<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100g broccoli, cut into smaller florets<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Few stalks of celery, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons cooking oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 cloves garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gravy\/Broth (Mix together):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bc teaspoon dark soya sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon light soya sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teaspoon sesame oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300ml water or chicken stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thickening (mix together):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 teaspoons corn starch<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tablespoons water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ERSClear\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSInstructionsHeader ERSHeading\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot or saucepan, fry garlic until fragrant. Add fishballs\/fish tofu and fry for 2 minutes. Add shrimps and fry for another 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sauce mix and all vegetables\/mushrooms, stir evenly.
