{"id":147,"date":"2016-09-09T23:11:08","date_gmt":"2016-09-10T03:11:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/?p=147"},"modified":"2016-09-25T20:04:35","modified_gmt":"2016-09-26T00:04:35","slug":"whole-wheat-cheesy-vegemite-scrolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hungrychooi.com\/index.php\/2016\/09\/09\/whole-wheat-cheesy-vegemite-scrolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Whole Wheat Cheesy Vegemite Scrolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As long as I can buy Vegemite where I am, I can be happy &lt;3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 cups Self Raising Flour (Whole Wheat)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Salt 50 grams Butter<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups Milk<\/li>\n<li>200 grams Cheese Cheddar<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Vegemite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat oven to 220 degrees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Sift flour and salt into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Rub in the butter until the mixture looks like fine bread-crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough.<\/li>\n<li>Knead on a lightly floured board.<\/li>\n<li>Roll to form a rectangle that is roughly 40cm x 25cm.<\/li>\n<li>Heat vegemite in microwave for 20 seconds.
