Yummy with a side of brown rice.<\/p>\n<h5><b>INGREDIENTS<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 large eggs, lightly beaten<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/4 cup vegetable broth (\u00bc boullion stock in just over \u00bc hot water)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 teaspoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon oyster sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 green onion, thinly sliced on the diagonal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><b>PREPARATION<\/b><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Wash the shrimp and pat dry. Take beaten eggs and stir in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, rice wine, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/chinesefood.about.com\/od\/poultryreceo\/r\/oystersaucechix.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oyster sauce<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/latinfood.about.com\/od\/seasoningmarinade\/a\/green-onions.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">green onion<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boil about 3 cups of water and toss in your shrimp until they just turn pink. This will be very fast. Drain and give them a quick rinse. Add the warm shrimp to your egg mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Add 1 tablespoon oil and turn the heat on high. When oil is hot, add the egg mixture. Continue scrambling and \u2018folding\u2019 until the eggs are almost cooked but still moist.
